DEPED Application Requirements for Teacher I Positions

educatorsfiles.net wants to share to you the list of DepEd application requirements for Teacher I positions.

APPLICATION PROCESS and REQUIREMENTS

All applicants shall register to the Department’s online system at application.deped.gov.ph, where they must encode their Personal Data Sheet and select the division where they want to be ranked. Once submitted, an Applicant Number will be issued. In the submission of application requirements, this Number must be indicated. (Check this post if you’re having a hard time registering an account.)

An applicant shall submit to the head of elementary or secondary school where a teacher shortage or vacancy (regular and/or natural) exists, a written application, with the Applicant Number indicated, supported by the following documents:

  1. Table of Contents
  2. Letter of intent (aka cover letter)
  3. Resume
  4. CSC Form 212 (aka PDS – Personal Data Sheet)
  5. PRC License – photocopy
  6. LET Rating – photocopy
  7. Transcript of Record (aka TOR) – photocopy
  8. Service Records (aka certificate of employment) – photocopy
  9. Specialized Trainings and Seminars Certificates – photocopy
  10. Voters ID or COMELEC Certification – photocopy
  11. NBI Clearance – photocopy
  12. Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted
